The Eldon St project.
This blog was inspired by our photography group being approached by Gabby Lees, from Barnsley Council, who have helped us out no end. I would like to say a huge thank you to them for the support. Our brief is to take photographs of Eldon Street as it is at this moment in time, so they can be added to Barnsley Archives. We are a bunch of amateur photographers who are disabled one way or another, who got together initially through the Charity called DIAL. Who encouraged us to start this group. We then got introduced to Les Monaghan, a professional photographer who is our mantor (funded by BMBC). So here we are, my name is Steve Woffinden, the other members so far are... Neil Rogers, Stewart Cole, Dianne and Fentan.
